Terms of Service

By using THEZIESS METHOD, you agree to these Terms. The service provides local video processing, subscription-controlled tools, Telegram account authentication and an optional official TikTok account connection.

2. Your content and permission

You keep ownership of your videos. You may upload a video to TikTok only when you own it or have permission from the rights holder. Before every TikTok upload, the service requires an explicit consent checkbox.

THEZIESS METHOD does not receive ownership of your content and does not add branding or a watermark to the clean TikTok upload artifact.

3. Prohibited content and acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful or abusive content.
• Do not bypass account-security controls, automate passwords, scrape TikTok, abuse upload limits or impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s upload session, connection, token or subscription.
• Follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines, Terms and Content Posting rules.

4. TikTok connection and drafts

The optional TikTok integration requests only user.info.basic and video.upload. A successful upload sends a clean compatible video to TikTok Inbox/Draft. The upload is not public automatically. You must open the TikTok app, review the draft and finish posting it.

TikTok is an independent service. TikTok may reject, limit, moderate, remove or delay content under its own terms and technical limits.

5. Subscriptions

The FREE trial may be activated once for the stated trial period. PRO, PREMIUM and MAX are assigned by an administrator and expire according to their displayed duration. Paid-plan availability, payment handling and refunds may be governed by separate written arrangements with the administrator.

6. Service availability and limitations

Video processing depends on the browser, device memory, FFmpeg.wasm, network conditions and third-party services. Results are provided without a guarantee that every file will be accepted by TikTok. THEZIESS METHOD validates supported media details but TikTok performs the final processing and policy checks.

7. Account disconnection

You can disconnect TikTok from the Profile area. The service will attempt to revoke the TikTok access token and delete the stored TikTok connection. Logging out of Telegram ends the local application session but does not by itself revoke TikTok permission; use “Disconnect TikTok” for that action.
